The Agent C, LLC uses the following third-party subprocessors to deliver our services. Before engaging any subprocessor, we evaluate their security and privacy practices and execute data processing agreements to ensure appropriate protection of your data.

International data transfers to our subprocessors are conducted under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) where the subprocessor is certified, or under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where not. Each subprocessor's transfer mechanism is noted in the table above.
