Is my voice model shared with other customers?

No. Each customer's voice model is fully isolated. Your voice model, context graphs and content are never shared across customers or accessible to anyone outside your account, and Eve doesn't use them to train shared models. For agencies, each client brand is also isolated from every other client, which matters when managing competing brands or sensitive industries.
